Maintenance Pro

Led UI/UX refresh for an enterprise SaaS platform, balancing modernization with workflow familiarity.

Summary

The client approached me to refresh the UI of their mature SaaS B2B platform, Maintenance Pro Web, which already had a loyal client base using familiar workflows across a feature-rich environment. The design was dated and unintuitive, but the client wanted refinements – not a full redesign – to avoid disrupting users’ habits.

I redesigned critical interface components – navigation, sidebar, tables, and detail views – while maintaining structural continuity. I created dozens of refined design concepts with improved mobile responsiveness, ensuring fluid workflows across devices. I worked closely with developers to deliver production-ready Figma files that accelerated implementation and collaborated with the founder to resolve UX bottlenecks.

Results

Over the course of 8+ months, I led a focused design refinement effort that delivered high-value updates across the platform without disrupting legacy workflows.

I worked directly with the founder and development team, providing design blueprints and component-level specifications that unblocked development and accelerated implementation.

My iterative design approach helped surface creative solutions to UX bottlenecks, and gave the team a steady flow of actionable, dev-ready assets. The result was a modernized, responsive, and developer-ready interface that kept long-time users comfortable while significantly improving day-to-day usability.
