One of my key contributions was redesigning the sales lead inbox, which involved creating a more intuitive and efficient interface for sales agents to manage their leads in a high-density interface.
The inbox was central to sales agents’ daily workflows, yet its cluttered design and inefficient user experience were hindering their ability to manage leads effectively. This friction in the workflow was reducing overall productivity and impacting conversion rates.
Designing Interactions and User Flows
Beyond the inbox, my work extended to refining customer support UX, designing empty states, the user menu, and account settings, ultimately helping sales agents to manage leads more effectively.
Throughout my engagement, I delivered various design states, interaction flows, and annotations to help developers implement the designs precisely.
