    KGA LifeServices approached me to refresh their outdated web application, which was struggling to keep up with modern competitors and negatively impacting user engagement.

    Their previous platform was clunky and outdated, causing frustration for users and driving them away.

    According to industry benchmarks, a well-optimized user experience can increase engagement by up to 400%, while outdated and complex interfaces are a primary cause of user churn in 70% of cases.

    KGA LifeServices was losing ground against competitors who prioritized modern, intuitive design. With a fast growing number of tech-savvy competitors, KGA’s platform was falling short in both functionality and user satisfaction.

    In total, I delivered over 30 screens and 10 user flows, ensuring each design was fully optimized for developer implementation with high-fidelity assets. The result was a modern, visually appealing platform that drastically improved usability and helped KGA LifeServices regain ground in a competitive market.

    More Than 30+ Screens Designed & Delivered

    Through my unique design process, I overhauled the user experience, bringing the UI up to modern standards. I conducted a thorough audit of the existing platform, identifying critical pain points and opportunities for improvement. I spearheaded a full-scale redesign, focusing on revamping the onboarding flow to simplify navigation and access to resources.

    I also reimagined the landing page to create a more engaging and intuitive user entry point, ensuring the platform felt fresh, accessible, and user-centric.

    I delivered a fully refreshed user experience for KGA LifeServices, designing over 10 unique user flows and more than 30 individual screens. Each design was optimized for developer implementation, with high-fidelity assets and developer-friendly exports. 

    The new platform not only improved the visual appeal but also drastically enhanced usability, supporting KGA’s mission to provide a digital experience that promotes employee well-being.
