    At KGA LifeServices, I undertook a comprehensive overhaul of their web application to improve the user experience and interface.

    I began by conducting a thorough audit of their existing platform, identifying key areas for enhancement. This process led to a complete refresh of the user experience, characterized by a modern UI facelift that aligned with current design standards.

    One of my primary focuses was revamping the user onboarding flow, ensuring that new users could easily navigate the platform and access the resources they needed. 

    Additionally, I redesigned the landing page to create a more engaging and intuitive entry point for users. These improvements collectively contributed to a more seamless and visually appealing experience, ultimately supporting KGA MyLifeServices’ mission to enhance employee well-being.
