I refreshed SkinMedicinals’ outdated UX/UI to create a more inviting, friendly, and welcoming experience for both patients and physicians. This modernization effort included a complete overhaul of the visual design, ensuring a contemporary look and feel.
Additionally, I smoothened out the user flow for ordering and requesting prescriptions, making the process more intuitive and efficient. These improvements significantly enhanced the overall usability and satisfaction for all users on the platform.
