SkinMedicinals needed my help to modernize their digital health platform, which was struggling with an outdated user interface that hindered both patient and physician engagement.
The platform needed a significant UX/UI refresh to provide a seamless prescription management experience. The existing interface was cluttered and visually outdated, leading to confusion for patients attempting to request prescriptions and physicians managing them.
Research shows that 88% of users are less likely to return to a website after a poor user experience, and healthcare apps, in particular, suffer from a high user abandonment rate when processes are cumbersome.

I delivered over 40+ high-fidelity screens. My approach focused on simplifying the prescription ordering process for both patients and physicians by refining navigation, reducing visual clutter, and introducing a more welcoming aesthetic.
I focused on creating clear, actionable pathways for every user type, ensuring that every interaction was purposeful and efficient. The final design overhaul resulted in a contemporary, user-friendly interface that dramatically improved usability.
